We now offer free international shipping to the countries/regions listed in the table below. Please refer to the table before placing an order to confirm if your country/region is eligible for shipping.
Logistics and Delivery
For non-pre-sale and in-stock products, XGIMI Store processes the order within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once confirmed, we will ship it according to the timeframe indicated on the product page of our store.
The delivery time of your order may vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Generally, we estimate the delivery time to be within 3 to 7 business days (subject to variations by countries/regions).
Please note that the shipping time is subject to the schedule announced by the third-party shipping company. Once your order's products leave our warehouse, the actual delivery time may be affected by unforeseen logistics-related events beyond XGIMI's control. Therefore, XGIMI assumes no responsibility for any delivery delays caused by such events.
XGIMI Store will select a third-party shipping company with the consent of the buyer, which may include but is not limited to:

We will choose the most suitable shipping company to provide the service based on the shipping address. While you can advise us on the preferred shipping company for our reference, please note that we may not always follow this advice.
